>> How are my prints packed and shipped?
Your prints will be packed in heavy-duty mailing tubes and sent
out by way of United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
>> How long should it take to receive my prints?
I will make every effort to mail your prints out within a week of
receiving payment but you should still allow three weeks for delivery.
If you have not received them in that time, please e-mail me at
jg@potatohillartworks.com.
>> How can I pay for my order?
You can either pay using a Visa or Mastercard credit card using
the secure PayPal service at this website or download my order form
and send the completed form with your check or money order to:

>> Is there an additional Shipping and Handling Fee?
Yes, a Shipping and Handling Fee of $12.00 is added to each order.
The fee is the same if you order one print or multiple prints.
>> What is your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy with the print
or prints, please return them to me undamaged within three weeks
of your receiving them and I will refund your payment, minus the
S/H fee. If your prints arrived damaged, again return them to me
within three weeks of your receiving them for either a refund or
undamaged prints.
